Yes. 3GPP Scout is a hosted 3GPP MCP server. Agents connect to https://api.3gppscout.com/mcp/ over Streamable HTTP (OAuth 2.1). You do not need to self-host or clone a GitHub MCP project. Product page: 3gppscout.com/mcp. REST is at api.3gppscout.com/docs. Generate API keys from the dashboard.
The production index covers the full published TS/TR corpus for Release 15 through Release 20 (8,700+ document versions). We keep it current as 3GPP publishes new and revised specifications. Separately, the TDoc catalog covers the latest two meeting rounds of RAN1, RAN2, RAN3, RAN4, and SA2 (currently 30 meetings, 19,137 registered TDocs, 17,748 parsed and searchable), plus on-demand fetch of any named TDoc. Meeting decisions from chair notes and reports are a pilot subset. Company position comparison and cross-meeting stories are not built yet. TDoc API/MCP calls are ordinary metered requests.
Every answer is sourced from official 3GPP specifications, and every claim carries a citation (document number, section, and release) with links to the specification on the official 3GPP archive. We built it this way on purpose: for standards work, an answer you can't verify isn't an answer. Always check critical implementation details against the source, which is exactly what the citations make easy.
